CD player help on a Bose and Magnavox

Looking for a tech person - reasonably priced to fix CD player on our Bose and Magnavox player.

I am willing to give it a try, but the last 2 Bose CD players were beyond repair, possible replacement but we never got that far. They have a unique structure that does not lend itself to repair. The other unit with any luck will be more like a computer drive which can typically be repaired.

I suggest that you contact Bose. I had a pair of 30-year old 901 speakers that were vibrating. Bose paid to ship them back to them in both directions, and only charged me $100 to repair them. It took about 2 weeks.
