The garage door insulation kits online and at Lowes have panels that are 20-1/4" high and 1-1/4" wide, the vertical openings in my garage door are 24" high and 1-3/4" deep.
I would like to use the panels as opposed to roll or fiberglass insulation products.
Has anyone insulated a garage door with my opening dimensions, and if so what have you used?
Thanks

The glass has a higher R value and deaden's the sound, much better than the rigid foam.

A couple weeks ago, maybe up to four weeks ago, the Newcomers video on YouTube had a "Bubble Wrap" segment that showed this exact thing. Might be informative to re-watch.
