Stain on Villa White Fence

I looked to see if there was a thread on this question but couldn't find one. Who knows how I could remove the orange/brown water stain on the white patio villa fence?

I am guessing this is from irrigation water, so try Snow Cap (ACE hardware) it removes these stains very well.
