Moving back to The Villages very soon. Seeking a seller who is interested in a quick sale of a home. I am not an investor or flipper, intended for owner occupied. Currently renting out of state and can enable a quick purchase. Seeking seller who is movitivated and the price reflects the state of the current real estate market in TV. Price range $400k and "anything" below. "Dated" property is fine.

Looking to help a seller who desires to off load the the expenses and liability associated with a home at this time in their life.

Please private message only with the addres and price and I will reply,
Thank you

I'd be very wary of responding to someone who feels they have to defend their post by telling readers he isn't flipping or investing.

Especially since he didn't mention how many bedrooms/bathrooms, whether he was entertaining a manufactured home, or courtyard villa, or a townhouse (like they have in Spanish Springs) as options. He wants ONLY an address and price via DM?

Also considering that in the past 6 years he's been a member of this forum, MOST of his posts were either single responses to other people looking for advice, or requests/comments about investing in The Villages and renting the properties to tenants. Like what he did in 2018.

He can find quick sales via MLS, VLS, for sale by owner, or ask the neighbors of the property he already owns. No reason for anyone here to be giving out addresses of other people (someone responded to him already giving the address of a neighbor who has already taken their home OFF the MLS listings. I would suggest not EVER doing that, if you actually like your neighbor. That's a huge violation of trust.)

There's plenty of new homes available for under $400k plus many used ones that are less than 5 years old that are within a 10 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood. I'm not clear on what the OP's angle is here.

OP is looking for a desperate seller to grab a bargain.

Why shouldn't he?

If a Seller is desperate, he's doing them a favor.

This has SCAM written all over it. Just like the duct cleaning folks, always want a private message. The only thing making it seem legit is the OP has been here for 6 years. In any case if not a scam he’s looking for desperate person that doesn’t want to go through the usual sales process. Like those “we buy ugly houses” folks.

My neighbor is just getting ready to put his house up for sale. In the Village of Piedmont. He is in that price range.
