Tip for lvf installers

Installers are finishing installing 1920sf of lvf and are doing beautiful work.

I paid quite a lot for this. Is a tip necessary? If so, how much?

We typically give the workers $20 each and tell them "lunch is on me"...

99% of the time they are surprised and quite grateful...
