I am looking to rent my home in the Ashland section of the Villages. I am looking for a full service management company to manage my rentals. Do you all have recommendations that you are are highly satisfied with? Thank you.

The lack of response is telling.

OP, if your intention is to use this house as a full-time rental property with no personal involvement, I think you would be better off selling the house and investing the proceeds in a 5 percent bond or CD.

We rent our place out during a couple months a year while we are up north and belong to a Villages "landlord group". Have heard zero stories of a full service management company working out well long term for anyone. Have heard several bad/nightmare stories.
Not to mention the fact that they are taking a huge cut of the rent, and often not screening tenants at all.
It's really not difficult to manage a rental these days for someone out of town if you're willing to put in a reasonable amount of work.

All those buyers posting about where to buy, you don’t want to buy near this house.
