screened in porch

Hi,

I would appreciate any recommendations on a contractor that can screen in a small front porch on a new home in the Villages. The porch is about 200”x74”.

We used Brian Terry Vinyl & Aluminum and were very pleased with their work.

I did my own, so I do not have a recommendation, however, A+ screens did some repair work on our bird cage (from Ian) and I was impressed by their work, I think they also do full installs. Since you state this is a new house, I am guessing you are in the new section and I am not familiar with their deed restrictions, so you should apply to ARC before you have the work done. Our restrictions are generally anything outside the house or to the outside of the house needs approval.
