Hello,
I am looking for a referral for either handyman or handywoman that can take care of a few minor maintenance issues? I am in the process of selling my home in The Villages and just looking to have someone take care of some minor items. I can explain later.

You may get more or better replies if you include the type of work, for example if the roof is involved some may not be interested. I do some repair work, but I do not do work requiring licensed contractors.

They have become increasingly hard to find, we had a good guy but he seems to have retired.
Ask your neighbors, they might have someone
