Changing my vote to Forrest Gump, but do not think he has made a bad movie.

Apollo 13
As a former engineer, I loved the part where engineers became heroes by finding a way to put a square peg into a round hole using nothing but a couple of armloads of junk.

I thought an engineer is an engineer is an engineer. What happened?

Poorly reviewed...but The Circle (2017). Read the plot and lmk if you see anything similar in comparison!

You've Got Mail. He's one of my favorite actors.

Every time this movie and "Sleepless in Seattle" previews come across the screen husband and I have to watch. He loves Meg Ryan, "she's so cute." He also likes the movies with heavier subject matter like "Saving Private Ryan," but I can't bear to watch that again, twice was enough.

Oh yes, I forgot about this movie. It's a great movie but a tear jerker.

Yes!! I almost included Sleepless in Seattle but didn't when I made the first comment. I love Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks together in movies.

I don't know of a Tom Hanks movie that isn't a good one.

I really liked Apollo 13.

Never had a bad performance but “Captain Phillips”, especially the last 1/2 hour his performance was exceptional

I would rate him as the greatest actor alive. Too many great films to choose just one. Even his obscure roles are great ..
