I just downloaded this app. Is there any specials connected to this card? Is this card worth while to use? Thanks

If it was a card, and not an app, we would definitely consider using it. Not sure of the FMK benefits? Our RJ Gators card gives us a $10 credit for every $100 spent there.

It's OK.

It costs nothing and eventually you have $10.

Free birthday desert.

We have the Havana one. Every 100 you get 10 dollars back and $ 20 for use on your birthday.

Does cost $ 20 to get but have gotten our money back

for every 10 visits where you spend more than $50, you earn a $10 credit on your bill. Also includes free desert on your birthday. When you spend over $3000 using the app, you get $10 credit for every 5 visits and one free appetizer. Periodically may also have a surprise giveaway. Not really an incentive to go to FMK. To me it does not drive additional sales which is the usual reason why one has loyalty program. That being said, I do like most of the FMK restaurants and frequent the ones I like regularly.

Like any "reward" or "loyalty" plan the prices are are sufficiently higher to cover the cost of the "freebies". It's a hook to keep the customers coming back to spend more to get more freebies that you pay for in advance. Like Kohls Cash.

We go to several of their restaurants anyway so why not join? It’s worth the cost ($0) so we have it and play along.

This would not be for me since I don't go to their restaurants very often. But I find it interesting there are several different answers here so I'm not sure you got your answer.

It gets you $1 per visit and you can apply that to your check after 10 visits.

You don’t need a card just your phone number on the check after you have signed up.

Havana is not an FMK restaurant and their card works differently.

In the service world of business:
the best customer is a returning customer. .

just be sure you are enjoying yourself with the money you spend, and not spending just to get a freebie you paid for with the prior meals. . .

Take a picture of your bill with your phone number on it. 20% of the time it never gets credited to your loyalty account and you need to send the photo to support@ourfmk.com to get your points.

And all you have to do is write your phone number on each bill. The following bills show your "balance" on the bottom.

Sounds like a measly “discount” for the hassle. And the amount needed to be spent for any perks. Sounds like 10% at best, dropping to less than 5% at worst. I’ve skipped all that, just eat where I want with no issues with those lame games.

This is truly what this forum has become.

When you go to restaurants put your telephone number on bill. You will get credit. I have gotten several desserts free .

We find it excellent as we go to their restaurants, especially Harvest, often. Have received 4 of Harvest's great brownie and ice cream desserts 4 or 5 times.

The app should be easy to use and should provide the occasional free dessert/appetizer and/or discount. I'd suggest you try it - maybe you'll have better luck than I did. I went to one FMK restaurant and presented the app - the server said he was too busy to deal with it. I went to another (rather popular) FMK restaurant and the server, hostess and manager all said, "We've never seen that and don't know how to use it". So, 2 visits = nothing. If the company can't roll it out better than that, might be a waste of time. I quit using it.

Their website - FMK restaurants - explains the program.
