This is from the Sumter County Election website.
There are 123,672 eligible voters.
Of those, 41,780 voted.
19,265 voted by mail.
12,625 voted early.
9,980 voted on election day.
It should be noted that the vote by mail is only partially reported so there are votes still outstanding.
This adds up to 41,870 so it appears that there might be a typo since we have more votes than voters.
According to the state website, Sumter County has 72,449 registered Republicans; 24,220 registered Democrats; 2,479 registered in a minor party; and 24,702 with no party affiliation.
