Talk of the Villages is excited to introduce a new community crime map feature! The LexisNexis Community Crime map allows law enforcement to share select crime data with the public in an effort to help keep the community better informed and safe. The application includes basic mapping and analytics and is updated on a regular basis. We hope users enjoy the newest feature! You can find this new feature by clicking on the word "crime" on the far right side of the menu bar.

The thumbnail in the original post shows it in the upper right of the menu bar. I find if I’m using my phone I have to use the pull down menu on the upper right of the screen to find the Crime link. If you’re still using the old version of the site you won’t find it.

Just have two thoughts. This is already available and free from the source: LexisNexis(R) Community Crime Map (https://communitycrimemap.com/)

Secondly, there is currently no crime being reported via the source as Sumter county has been impacted by a Ransomware attack.
