Here's mine, but I've only played around half of all of the executives so far:

1) Roosevelt - challenging course but enjoyable if you can avoid the bunkers
2) Lowlands - nice looking course, all of the holes are different
3) Volusia - extreme elevation changes keeps things interesting

Pelican, Mira Mesa, Gray Fox. Also, all four courses up by Lopez.

They are all tough for me so I rate them by the scenery!

Red and Gray Fox. Probably the prettiest courses in the Villages - on many holes you can’t even see a house. And Churchill Greens up north. The course is in great shape and the ride between 5 and 6 is fantastic!

Looking forward to the new courses opening in Eastport. Hopefully I will be able to put them on the list since they are much closer to my house.

El Diablo: Tremendous variety in the holes and some real challenges.
Chula Vista: Pretty course. To me, it seems to play harder than it looks.
Amberwood: Attractive course and pretty hard. But I like the solitude: Easy to forget you're surrounded by buildings and people.

Lowlands, I like the layout especially the 2 consecutive par 4s early.

Longleaf obeys the first rule, location, location location.

Sweetgum has a very nice layout, especially with the challenging 8th leading to the easier 9th.

My choice also and add amber wood instead of gray fox

I like swinging for the trees on the par 4 at Sweetgum.
