No, I didn’t have one but what should I do if I have one? I’m talking cart/cart on MMP. Call police? Move carts? Take picture? Get drivers license?

1. Ensure your safety
2. Document
3. Contact law enforcement

Well not really, since the multi-modal paths are not roads or for motor vehicles. Golf cart operators (over 18) do not require a driver's license or insurance.

Cart only accident near our last house, Sumter sheriff first on scene. But FHP was the official accident report.

Do want you want but I would follow the vehicle instructions as there is no specific golf cart accident instructions.

I think that what you do BEFORE any accident occurs is just as important.
Best documentation is to have it recorded. Two reasons. First there've been instances of golf cart miscreants just up and leaving the scene, and since carts ordinarily don't have license plates there is no way to trace the owner. A GoPro or some such could prove to be a pretty valuable investment: it would record the incident AND help Law Enforcement to locate the cart if it fled the scene.
Second, unless there is evidence or witnesses who back up what happened, it just comes down to one person's word against another. And is someone's butt is on the line--well, honesty might NOT be the best policy.
Oh--install seat belts. We did. About a $50 investment and a little time with a drill and a couple of wrenches.

Funny, but I was just thinking about this the other day. Some idiot almost squashed me with his golf cart on my early morning bike ride, and as usual, I had forgotten to bring my phone. I was thinking, what would I do if I was hit and didn't have a phone to record anything. I'd probably be screwed (I guess if I were crushed I'd be screwed anyway). But I'll try to remember my phone more often.

Or one might be thinking I need a phone to call an ambulance, before I was thinking of recording the incident for Dan Newlin.

No worries you could have an hour waiting for ambulances. Great video of rescue unit may help time stamp for the wait :clap2:
