Won't make more than 3 years without alot more improvement towards Romo like analysis. Nothing substantial added, so give him a year to mature, and then year two to prove and year three to salvage contract terms

Change my mind

Being a minority owner will hamper his effectiveness, they have already restricted him from many of the pregame meetings and access these guys have before the game. My money is on him replace Bradshaw...

Missed most of the game as DirecTV had to play the Bucs game. But that game ended before the Dallas game on Fox so they had the Brady game on for the last 5 minutes.

I'm a wicked Brady fan, living in Boston for 20 years during the heyday.

Based on the short amount of time listening, IMO he was a bust. Very little to offer, substantially. And a couple times the host said "What do you think Tom?" Hopefully this will be rookie nerves.

Greg Olsen is great, and I like Romo. TB has a lot to learn to equal these guys.

We'll see....

He's new on the set and seems to be overly cautious about saying the wrong thing. Hopefully over time he will start to provide true opinions and analysis as that is what we were all hoping for.

I thought he was fine for a first game, but not worth $37.5 million/per year.
