Thanks so much, Any other details you can add ? Is this a retail business like a best buy and similar ? Address ? I take it it is not a villages resident who does handyman tasks ?

Tom has been around for a long time…never a bad review on here.
Knows his stuff.
Not a handyman.

For a reality check on pricing, Monoprice has a typical wall mount on sale for $20.
They have a big selection, and are well made.
Understand you want the labor to put it up, but if someone tries to sell you basic hardware for $150, realize that price is out of line.
The Monoprice Commercial Tilt TV Wall Mount Bracket is designed to support 32" to 55" TVs, with a maximum weight of 165 lbs. It is compatible with VESA patterns up to 400x400, offering flexibility for various TV models. The mount has a tilting feature to reduce glare and optimize viewing angles. It is UL certified, ensuring safety and durability for commercial and home use. With a slim profile, it saves space and enhances the overall viewing experience.

Tom is a professional and is very good at what he does. I try to recommend vendors who I've used. It's been a few years, I remember buying my own wall mount, and Tom installed it, and cleaned up everything before he left. I don't not know if he lives in The Villages, but he only works in The Villages. I highly recommend him.

I have never mounted a TV on a wall. I have always used a TV stand. Sometimes, TVs mounted on a wall are mounted too high.
