I found this online.

Sumter County Library System (Library) provides a free borrower’s card to any resident of the State of Florida who completes an application.

Marion and Lake county residents has access to our library but for some reason do not recipricate.

I don’t mind if we allow the other 66 counties to have access to our library - as long as they give us equal access to their libraries!

But if they don’t give us reciprocity, we should not allow them to have access to our services.
