Those prices won't last. Probably just during the grand opening period.

No plans to change pricing for several months, according to the folks that I talked to while there. And I agree, it is a great place.

The prices on their online menu look pretty decent. If they discount their $5.99 beers to $3 (essentially 2 for 1) then that's pretty good.

If premium beers are only $3.00, how much cheaper was the Miller Light?

I live close to sea breeze and villages app had it a 52 minute drive by golf cart. Directions aren’t perfect but you get there eventually.

Just have to ask, was it Detroit coney, Flint coney, or some variation of chili without beans. Good dog or so so.

I went there for the first time not too long ago. The inside looked fantastic and the bartender, Michael, was very polite! I look forward to going again, but it is a long drive for me. Definitely not one for my golf cart to make.

Easy 15 minutes from St Cats. (Sawgrass). Their burgers are great and they will actually cook them to your preference. Hard to find anyone that will do a med rare anymore.
Prices are reasonable too - better than McGradys.

I agree when I asked if mid rare could actually be accomplished in TV? Our wait staff assured me if it wasn’t right, they would fix it.

It is the first burger in TV (including chop house) that was cooked mid rare perfectly through out the entire patty except for 1/8” around the edge. Staff is great, it is a little noisy, but well worth the trip

They charge $8.95 to “upgrade” from French fries to onion rings. They didn’t warn us beforehand.

We got FOUR onion rings…….for $8.95.

Took a 28 minute golf cart ride there last night for dinner starting from close to the Waterlily bridge. It's clear that once they open up either Corbin trail or the Marsh Bend multi-modal in Eastport area that it should shave 5-8 minutes off that ride.

The way the restaurant is designed really stands out. Doesn't have the same feel as a typical country club. Feels more vibrant. The furniture is more modern design. The staff is on the younger side but very professional and courteous. The layout is somewhat similar to some of the country clubs with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The bar seating is open air and is more plentiful than any of the country clubs that I've been to. Lots of TV's everywhere but they're high up enough to not be in your face if you don't care about what's happening on them.

Place was packed at 7pm. Had to take a seat at the bar and ordered dinner from there. The bartenders were all very attentive. I ordered a burger, wife ordered one of the fancy hot dogs. Both were very good and priced about a good one could expect from a decent restaurant. We will be definitely returning in the future.

I understand that they leave the windows open and that "flys" are flying around touching your food and drinks. This is a health and safety issue.

I paid $3.99 for Michelob Ultra draft. This was the regular price. It's printed on the regular drink menu. It doesn't appear to be some promotional price. The specialty drinks on the other hand were mostly around $14.

Went for lunch today.
Arrived 1:45, seated in 15 minutes outside.
Was there 1 hour 20 minutes……..saw zero flies.
Service was very good.
Food was as expected good bar food.
Will go back even though it was 19 miles and 31 minutes, to get there.
Is likely a fun place for Village Buffaloes and others.

Is likely a fun place for Village Buffaloes and others. We got there at 12 not many people there (bar was almost full) but it got packed about an hour later with double deep at the bar and some people in line out front. The staff is on top of it. Great Experience and I had no fly issues either.

Is there a reason this place would have more flies than other restaurants that have inside/outside bars? IIRC there are quite a few. I’m only part time so my memory may be wrong but Bluefin, prima (maybe they had a door and separation), McGrady’s. I feel like there are others.

I believe Cody's has air curtains to keep the pests out. They should have them at Boosters.

As it gets cooler flies are going to become much less of a problem.

This review showed that house flies carry a large number of pathogens which can cause serious infections in humans and animals. More studies are needed to identify new pathogens carried by the house fly.

The one poster who made that claim quite possibly was fabricating, particularly in light of the several others who didn’t mention flies and the poster who specifically mentioned there were no flies.

You can know you don’t like flies swarming around your table but you *do* have to go there to know whether that the single poster is not “fabricating.”

This is not something a long time poster is going to make up.

My friend also checked it out and he saw a few flies around the table so they do have an issue with them. Some days may be worse than others depending on factors like the weather or surroundings that are conducive for flies.

And if they are in the dining room then it is highly likely they are also in the kitchen and bar area.

I heard about the "flys" on a facebook post. The cooler weather should keep the flies away. I will not eat in a restaurant that has flies or roaches or rats.

What ??? $9, is this some kind of joke ? I guess not. Sounds as impossible as my "bowl" of chicken noodles soup at Panera LSL. I was so shocked I carefully fished out the 4 noodles that were each 1/2 of a noodle, the 4 small pieces of carrot about 1/4 inch square, and the 6 peas ! I took a cell pix because I knew no one would believe me. As an aside, the manager said yes, the soup was as it should be ! Was it Toby Keith who said, I'm not what I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was ? Well, Panera Chicken noodles soup if certainly not what it once was....LOL !
