Would like to get some estimates for putting in glass windows on the bottom section of the screens...any suggestions who to call?

This appears to be a relatively easy DIY project. I just purchased the 'flordia glass' vinyl with screen material and the appropriate spline, and will be removing the existing screening and installing this in the near future. I will have lots of material left over, please fell free to contact me about the leftover material.

You could try any one of the lanai enclosure companies and see if they offer this service. IMHO a lot will depend on the existing framework. In any case I expect this will not be cheap. Lake glass and mirror, I think make glass panels, HOWEVER if your openings are not exactly square i am sure you will have leaks. I hope you find a solution to your problem.
