Any suggestions for companies that do floor tile cleaning? So many options when I Google.

Not sure what you are after, TILE cleaning is very simple, a mop and suitable cleaning solution, and a second mop to help dry the floor. Now if you are after GROUT cleaning that is a whole other process and can be time consuming. I tend to do our own, I use a garage seat on wheels and a grout brush with separate towels to dry the grout. I usually do 1 to 2 hours a day and can do the entire house in less than a week. On a side note, I found a colored sealant the exactly matches the original grout, and now makes cleanup much easier and typically a once every 2 or 3 years.
Sorry, I do not have a recommendation as I can still do my own, hopefully others will reply with suitable options.

We used Stanley Steamer in Leesburg and they did a great job at a fair price, most of the grout was cleaned by the tech on his hands and knees. If you call them they will come out and explain their process and give you a cost to do the job.

We paid $675.00 and have a large home of over 2,700 sq.ft. They were there for about 7 hours on their hands and knees. I think it was quite fair and my knees still hurt from watching them.
