Getting nowhere with Century Link for obtaining a credit. Made several calls lasting hours with customer service. I read that many customer service operations give you the run around so you give up.
I thought there was a local CL store where I could go for customer service. Google search showed nothing in the area. Seems to be one in Eutis.
The change was for a service call for a rewire of their connection from the CL service box to my house. The tech never came into my house. The tech never mentioned a charge.
Am I stuck and just have to pay?

Dispute the charge with your CC company.

They do have a multiple story, business office looking, building (Eustis, possibly), just off of 441. Can't say what departments work out of there, but it doesn't look like a warehouse or workshop location. Let us know how it turns out and if you make a visit.

Getting nowhere with CL getting a credit for an incorrect charge. The basic run around with customer service. I know many companies do this so the customer gives up.
I'd like to go to a CL store to get some satisfaction. But I can't find any.
The charge is for a replacing a line from their box to my house. No tech came into my house. Never got any messages about charging me for this.
Any suggestions?

If you search the forum I think you'll see at least one other individual posting with a similar issue. In any event, there is a building off of 441 in I believe Eustis. It appears to be a business office of some sort, but I can't tell you what, if any services they have there as I have not needed assistance myself. You might consider a trip there to check it out. If so, let us know how it goes. Good Luck!
