Where to get the materials to add a strip across the bottom of my lanai screen?

I've seen a few people in TV that has this. It read that they are usually done with aluminum or vinyl. I would like to add this to my lanai using vinyl and do it myself. It doesn't have to be perfectly water resistant, I just want it to reduce the about of splash from the rain and irrigation a little more. I've already added gutters and rocks to my garden behind my lanai and that has solved 90% of the issues. I would just be interested in slightly more improvement, plus I like how it looks with the bottom part covered. Does anyone have any insight on this?

I think you are looking for the foam window seal material, I just bought some at Lowe's. It was in the window isle with several sizes and colors. All appeared to be peel and stick.
