As always, you'll have to try to negotiate the dangerous waters of flooring retailers ! Be careful about meaningless words like "luxury", it's being used like the term "healthy" on the many salt and sugar laden products sold as "healthy". The name Roberto's keeps coming up over and over for years now as an honest business, but, always do your own research and ask the RIGHT questions. WHO is going to install your floor ? The store ? Or, is the job going to be "shopped out" like at Lowe's, so you have no idea of you are going to get a quality, or mediocre, crew ? WHO is going to take responsibility for any errors or poor workmanship ? And HOW will you find the same installation people once they leave your home ? Ask PROBING questions no matter where you shop !

Also include questions about material warranty and installation warranty. Do you have pets or considering pets, be sure to ask about the resistance to claw marks. Finally make sure to discuss water resistance, while there have been lots of improvements some products may have a wood core that does not like water.
As for installation, you did not mention the existing floor, I am assuming carpet. When this is removed there will be dust, old glue and small pieces of concrete that all need to be removed, the best way is vacuum and damp mop. If the decision if for a wood plank product pay attention to the underlayment, failure to use underlayment can lead to a floor that makes noise whenever you walk on it. If you go with tile you MUST have a crack suppressant layer installed. This gets glued to the concrete, and provides a suitable surface for the thinset and the tile to be applied.

I just used Great Lakes Flooring and could not be happier with the service I received. Their quote was extremely reasonable, it included the tear out and disposal of the old carpet, they moved the furniture and placed it back. installed vinyl tile planks and painted the quarter round trim (I had to supply the paint) !

Just had our whole house done by Brad’s Flooring! I was in the business most if my life, but am too old to lay floors anymore. I vetted him thoroughly before hiring him. He did a GREAT job and was very easy to deal with.

I suggest that you research the different flooring options -- tiles, carpet, etc. Each has pros and cons -- select based on your preferences and lifestyle. Great Lakes in Lady Lake installed new flooring in my bedrooms -- extremely pleased with the sales people and even more important the installation.

Mohawk luxury vinyl plank flooring. Check out LA Flooring on 301 in Wildwood. They removed carpet, removed base molding, painted and replaced base molding removed “line” from where old base molding over rug was positioned and removed all mess. Price was much lower than Roberto or any other installer I checked. That’s my suggestion

I have had Roberto's install a walk in shower with a built in seat in the guest bathroom. He bumped the shower out and made it bigger than what was the bathtub. It looks fantastic. I've had people notice it when they come here. Even workman comment on the guest bathroom.
He also did flooring at different times in all the rooms except the master bedroom which is carpeted. When I need to replace the carpeting, I will go to Roberto's for flooring. He will work with you for a fair price.
