I understand that The Villages uses paint from Florida Paints in Lady Lake. Sounds like those are the "match" colors. Anyone with different information?

I highly recommend ACI Painting-- Efrain Garcia. (352) 348 - 9543. I, and many of my neighbors, as well as my sister-in-law, have used Efrain to paint inside as well as the entire exterior. Efrain is an excellent painter-- who pays a lot of attention to detail. He is honest, dependable, and reasonably priced. Efrain is also willing to take-on difficult projects. For example-- he was able to remove years of stain and spar urethane from our fiberglass front door. He did a beautiful job-- none of the texture of the door was damaged in the process. He applied new stain and spar urethane. It looks beautiful-- like new-- when we moved to The Villages in 2010.

Danny's Custom Painting. Great job, honest, on time and doesn't use contractor grade paint (the cheap stuff).

We also received quotes from Efrain and Klien. Both quotes were 25%+ higher than Danny's.

E&R painting, quality & price, we used him inside and exterior. Will definitely use him again. Sherwin-Williams paint, single man operation very clean very neat does a fantastic job for a very good price

I posted before that I used Kling and was very satisfied.
Now I had picked out the color samples I want from Lowe's, then was told by Kling that I would have to clear it with The Villages.
I took my green samples, to their office, though I said just green was that I was having the house painted white and it was only the trim that had to be approved.
When I got there, they directed me to a board where there were the approve greens I could use.
Then I was instructed I would be able to get the paint at Sherwin-Williams.
Whoever you go with make sure you get the colors approved.

Lance painted my home & many of my neighbors and everyone was a satisfied customer. He uses the highest quality Sherwin Williams paint. When he finishes the job, a representative from Sherwin Williams comes to inspect and gives you a certificate of warranty.

Painted the outside and inside of our home. The did an amazing professional job. Taped off areas not to be painted. Bret is young with a great work ethic. He will measure the areas to be painted, purchase the paint, clean up, send you an estimate. The company is licensed and insured. I have recommended him to many others.
