It was a lot rougher in the early days, specially the political forum.
Much more admin presence nowadays.
It was very informative, funny, and nowhere near as many posters waiting to be offended as there are now.

Don't forget roundabouts, parking and speeders. But seat saving threads have seemed to go the way of the dodo bird. And to pick up where you left off, Barefoot STILL owes me a lobster.

As far as I can tell Barefoot and Fireboy do not look at Talk of the Villages all that often. Or they mentioned that when I brought it up a while back. I did not find a poster called Fireboy. Barefoot often called her husband that.
