I'm looking for recommendations for Home delivery of decent steak that is individually packaged and arrives frozen in dry ice. I tried a meat company on QVC and they were just okay. I enjoy Filet Mignon and NY Strip steaks. Thanks and Happy thanksgiving to all.

Kansas City Steak Company is supposedly very good. We have had Omaha Steak a lot more often though and Omaha Steaks are cheaper.

I have ordered USDA Prime filet mignon steaks from Allen Brothers and they were very good but very expensive. Omaha Steaks are not USDA Prime, so I would not order anything from them. I buy my filet mignon steaks from Publix. They sell USDA Prime filet mignon steaks under the Greenwise label, but they are not always available, so you need to check often. Their price is about $35 per pound, which is less than half the cost of Allen Brothers. Sam's Club also sells USDA Prime steaks, but they are not as good as Publix.

I just looked at the Allen Brothers website.

Two 12 oz. ribeyes are $94.95 (and shipping is not included).

getting deliveries from Home Page (http://www.wildforkfoods.com?) They have physical store locations in Winter Park and Orlando. We have been ordering from them for quite some time. Check out their website and you will see they offer steaks and just about everything else. All orders come vacuum sealed and packed in dry ice. Quality and prices are great. We have been very pleased with our choices.

I saw where Chop House had a $60 ribeye advertised a couple days ago. Wow! Happy that I rarely ever eat red meat anymore. To each their own.

The have plenty of prime meat and lots of "exotic" meats too. I like their duck, but they have lots to chose from and they deliver to The Villages. It's best to make a big order and get free delivery.

Realize that you are looking for delivered steak. Was at the Clermont Costco store recently. They do sell Wagyu beef which is in the regular meat case. Less than Omaha and other similar brands. A lot of marbling

I second wildforkfoods. Good stuff. Normal prices and I think free shipping if you spend $100.

By the way Omaha is overpriced garbage. It isn’t even usda graded. Plus they are selling you frozen apple fritters for $18/lb as part of the package. If you do the math their meat price per pound is criminal.

We purchase mostly from Costco. Their prime beef is excellent...

That being said the best "delivered" steaks we have gotten from Snake River Farms: The Pioneers of American Wagyu Beef (https://snakeriverfarms.com).
Heard good things about them on some barbecue sites I frequent. They are pricey but their meat is top shelf and delivered in dry ice.

For the past couple of years we have been buying our beef, delivered to our door in dry ice from "Riverbend Ranch."

Riverbend Ranch - Beef Bundles at Unbeatable Prices! (https://riverbendranch.ecomshopnet.com/)

Cooked in a cast iron skillet, to us, has been unbeatable!

We have used Butcher Box for years. Price wise it is very reasonable compared to buying steaks locally that are no where near as good. And lots cheaper than restaurants and better meat than most. You can schedule your next box whenever you need it - monthly is not required. My husband loves the NY Strip so that is what we mostly get. We often split one 10 ounce steak. With a baked potato and salad and steak on the grill, it’s my favorite meal. Except for the scallops! If you love scallops, get a bag of theirs too. They are huge and delicious. I have totally stopped ordering scallops out now as a result. Lots of other choices as well. Anyway - I would highly recommend you try butcher box.

I went to their website. It is way too complicated and requires a membership. Also, I couldn't find any USDA grades. Definitely not for me.

The best filet mignon I ever got were from Porter and York, if you go onto YouTube and type in Porter and York filet mignon there is a video on how to prepare.
Now they are not cheap and what was suggested on this site by someone was just to go to Publix and ask the butcher to cut you a prime filet mignon to size.
I still will give steaks from Porter and York as a gift to special people, but for myself I go to Publix.
Now the steaks from Porter and York are not frozen, now what I suggest if you go that route is when they arrive if you have a vacuum sealer, vacuum pack them and freeze them yourself.

Fresh market on 466 has a great meat counter that's 30 feet long - meat and seafood. They have choice and prime meats. You can buy a whole filet or cut steaks.

The best deals are when Fresh Market has whole tenderloins cut to order, you can get choice or prime, we always have them cut a center chateaubriand about 2lb. About 8 8 oz filets and 2-3 lbs. of flats stew meats. Total cost comes to about $10-$15 a steak, depending on your choice of choice or prime, and less for the flat stew meats.

I myself have asked the family for the $649 Four Sixes® YETI® Cooler Gift Package (https://6666steak.com/products/four-sixes-yeti-cooler-gift-package)
20% off with Black Friday Coupon code. Would look nice on your gold car!

Agreed. I would never think to get steaks delivered in TV. Sams sells fresh USDA prime steaks for a very reasonable price. Why pay much more for pre-frozen steaks?

Moved to Orlando in 2012 and began search for a butcher like we had in New York. I tried most butcher shops I could find within 20 miles. Have to agree--the best meats I found are at Sam's (do not have a COSTCO or BJ's membership).

Far superior (and cheaper) to the supermarkets and the same quality and literally about 40% the cost of the butcher shops. Purchase a cheap Black Friday vacuum sealer. Get your steak at Sam's or Costco and portion for yourself. I hate to freeze steak but I have found this works when we purchase a 4-pack of filet and only need two. My vacuum sealed and frozen steaks were MUCH better than the few times I received OS as a gift.

Sam's sirloin burgers are hands down the best hamburgers I have ever grilled (they also sell those at WalMart).

While online and browsing for spectacular black Friday deals I came across Sam's Club Membership for $20 for one year. So I'll join and my first purchase will be a prime grade NY Strip Steak. Sunday dinner should be great!
