Subject: Seeking Advice on Purchasing an RV in Germany as a Non-Resident
Hi everyone,
Does anyone here have experience purchasing an RV in Germany as a non-resident?
I’m heading to Germany next week to do just that. We’ll be spending the next couple of years as full-time nomads exploring the EU, UK, and beyond, ticking off a lot of bucket list items along the way.
Our current plan is to set up an LLC in Bulgaria to facilitate the purchase. From what I’ve researched, the alternatives include setting up a Société Civile Immobilière (SCI) in France. However, it appears that the Bulgarian option is both less expensive and faster. The process would involve buying the RV in Germany, exporting it to Bulgaria, and registering it there under the company.
I’d love to hear your thoughts or suggestions, especially if you’ve gone through a similar process.
