On September 16 I hired Screenlife to redo my Lanai represented by Travis Edwards. He was supposed to begin on the 19th. Today is Dec 2 and the work has not begun. I put a $700 deposit and he has not returned it. He has made all sorts of promises but I had to call Seniors vs Crime to get him to even call me..I highly recommend that he should not hired by anyone in the Villages. Robert Gaulin

How did you pay the deposit, I hope you used a credit card as you can call the card company and ask for the charge to be reversed. You could explore other options, small claims court or placing a lien on his property, either of these should get his attention.
