How impressed are you watching those ads for trucks and cars today on tv?

Why is it so important for them to show them tearing up the back country, in the woods, across streams, just to show "john doe public" how tough they are while making monthly payments of $80,000 - $1000,00?

It's amazing there's any wildlife left out there.

Ithink you are off by a factor of 10 on your monthly payments. As for the commercials, I no longer pay attention.

Who watches commercials?

Exactly. Although if there was actually a car or truck with an $80,000 per month payment, I just might watch that commercial. :1rotfl:

They are catering to a particular audience none of which are on this forum or in TV for that matter.

Not watch commercials, but sometimes that new car style or color catches your eye. We run through commercials but who doesn’t love a car that self parks? Our northern autos are capable of off roading, or muddying. It was required to get to work during any weather, plus the cottage back roads and the lake house, aren’t plowed because they are private.

We do have upper level discounts from the big 3, so payment isn’t close to OPs $80,000 a month. Even the Rover without discounts isn’t that red for payments.
