Is there a particular lot to park in that gives easy access to the Jet Blue Departure Terminal? Have always taken a shuttle from the Villages but am thinking of driving and leaving my car. Am hoping someone has some advice on where is the best place to park (or avoid :-))

TIA

It depends on how much you want to spend. You can park at the terminals and walk right inside if using Terminal A or B long term parking but it’s expensive. You can park on property at the north/south economy lots which require a shuttle to get to/from the terminals for mid price and off property like Parking Spot etc for the cheapest rates also requiring a shuttle.
If I’m taking a really short trip I park in long term parking for the convenience. If it’s longer I’ve done both the other options and I like the airport economy lots.

The parking shuttles usually stop at all three terminals.

All off site parking takes you to the terminal (not just specifically Jet Blue). I park at the MCO North long term parking lot and their shuttle takes you to the terminal (they will ask you what airline). Take a picture of the parking row and note what parking bus stop (A, B, C, etc) you parked in. The lot is a tad tricky to find the first run to MCO (I did it in the dark, LOL) but stay to the right entering the airport and look for the signs. Cost is $14 but there are other options see link.
Orlando Airport Parking | Cheap MCO rates from $3.99 (https://airportparkingreservations.com/mco/airport-parking?agid=1253443870474938&cid=396833318&cq_cmp=MCO+-+%5BBroad%5D&cq_con=MCO+-+Product+-+Park+Me+Fly+-+%5BB%5D&cq_net=o&cq_plt=bp&cq_src=bing_ads&cq_term=park+me+fly+orlando&creative=&device=c&matchtype=b&msclkid=7252dbf4b3101dbed00abca2a7dc20bb&placement=&utm_campaign=APR+-+Core+-+DSA&utm_content=All+Webpages&utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=bing&utm_term=airportparkingreservations)

We park care at The Renaissance Hotel. Usually pay < 10 a day. Make sure that their drivers go there. Jet Blue is in a new terminal which is about 2 miles further away from A and B

Don't do it, unless you're traveling in a non-busy time. Parking at Orlando Airport is generally a disaster and it's not unusual for the parking lots to be completely full ... they have more passengers & flights, than they do parking.

We use Park and Go, an off airport parking facility. They run shuttles back and forth frequently. Make a reservation. Good operation.

I lived in west Orlando for over 10 years starting in 2012 and we travelled extensively out of KMCO. Probably 8-10 times per year.

After several experiments (including UBER) I use The Parking Spot all the time. I timed it one morning and from when I exited off he 408E onto Semoran Blvd northbound and then returned on the Parking Spot shuttle was less than 15 minutes. They are REALLY quick getting you to the airport. Rarely a wait for a shuttle of more than 5 minutes--they often follow you to the spot. I wait 0-15 minutes for the shuttle to go back to parking when I get back to Orlando.

They have a "Frequent Parker" program that give you points for each stay and rewards for free parking. No charge for cancellations. You can tip the drivers via credit card (scan the QR code on the bus). Be warned--they do not take cash at the parking area--you MUST use their app to pay. Easy to exit; just scan the app at the exit kiosk. Not an issue for me and I was automatically emailed receipt for expenses.

What really sold me on The Parking Spot" were the several mornings I arrived at MCO (on the shuttle) and as we arrive at Terminal A I saw the terminal parking garages were all full. I had a reserved space at The Parking Spot so it was not a problem--glad I had a reservation. Nightmare averted.

I do not even bother shopping around now. I *think* they have surge pricing. Off-season it may be less than $12 per day and then as much as $18 per day during the holiday rush weeks.

If we park--here where we go...

Go to a off site parking lot that provides 24/7 shuttle service. A lot cheaper!

As I'm going through this, I'm getting confused.
If I'm going to be gone for 10 days, where is the best long-term lot with the easiest access to MCO and what is the estimated cost?

Not well versed on all the off-site parking options. But I just used Wally parking, it was $18 a day for covered parking. Less for uncovered parking.

We use Fast Park & Relax. Covered offsite parking. Usually about $9 per day. Shuttle picks you up at your parking space, loads your luggage and drops you at terminal C for Jet Blue. On return, meet shuttle outside baggage. Very simple safe parking.

A lot of people are recommending various parking options. However, it would be even more helpful if people tell us what the cost per day is. That way, people can decide whether it is cheaper to park at the airport or offsite.

Just google MCO parking. All the rates will come up for various parking lots. Easy peasy.

Well, I have tried multiple options - the parking garage, hotels, and The Parking Spot. The parking garage was a maze and expensive, the hotels are great in dropping you off but not so great in picking you up. The Parking Spot so far is my favorite - fast drop off, fast pick up.
Other tips:
If 2 people, take Groome Express to airport, Uber or Lyft back (don't know why but Uber/Lyft is much more expensive to the airport than from the airport and would be same price back as Groome for 2 people).
Check out Tampa - about 15 minutes longer to get to the airport but nicer and sometimes less expensive. The garage was easier to navigate, but expensive.

Hop online, find Omni parking. Then use the cheap parking site to reserve a spot in the Omni parking lot. It can be scheduled for $3.99 per day. They then shuttle you to any of the terminals. It is very easy.

I use cheapairportparking.com. We use Marriott. I believe it is $10 per day. They have a shuttle that runs every half hour 24 hours per day.

I agree with most that off site parking is better and cheaper. However, since you will fly JetBlue be aware that they fly out of Terminal C (the international terminal) and not all places will drop and pickup there.

we used : MCO Best Days and Be Airport Parking

7653 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL 32822

and regretted it. They only pick up and drop at Terminal A and it is a long walk and shuttle to terminal C from there.

You should add about 30 to 45 minutes extra to your arrival time if you use off site. No big deal for us but something to keep in mind.

We just used this lot for the first time for a 2+ weeks trip. Came home last night after dark. Everything went very smoothly, and we would use it again for longer trips, but we’d try for airport covered parking for a week or less. It is outdoor parking though, so just be aware in case you prefer covered. Hubby made a reservation ahead of our trip to get the best rate, and they do drop off and pick up at all terminals. We paid $9/night.

We’ve had good experiences with Wallypark. They give you a link to Text them when you are ready to be picked up. The wait can be a little while, but I don’t think it’s ever been longer than 10 to 15 minutes. If you reserve ahead of time, I think you get a better price.

Parking at MCO can be a disaster. Jet Blue is in the new Terminal C and has a new parking garage. However, many passengers using Terminals A & B use C's parking as there is a fast rail shuttle that runs between the terminals.

At any holiday, you can spend a great deal of time circling the MCO parking garages hoping to find an open space. When you do, chances are you'll be crammed between two giant SUV's or pickups. To top off the experience, you'll pay top dollar.

The off-site parking companies are hardly better. On the busiest days, they move cars around and park them in the lanes between the cars. There are numerous stories about weary travelers
returning to an off-site lot only to have to search for their car. The worst stories are about travelers who have made a paid "reservation" at an off-site lot who find, on arrival that the lot is full and are then turned away even though they have a pre-paid reservation.

During holidays, we have adopted the practice of staying at one of the hotels which offer a week's parking at a nominal rate and shuttle service to/from MCO. We prefer the Hampton Inn at Gateway. It has a large parking area behind the building. Their shuttle service is very good.It is a 5 minute ride on Semoran Blvd from the hotel to Terminal A&B and only a minute more to Terminal C. We do not have to worry about making our flight etc. If you have an early morning flight, staying at a hotel is even better.

If you decide to try Hampton Inn, be certain to use the one at Gateway. There is another Hampton across Semoran Blvd which does not provide this parking service. Several years ago, I booked the wrong one. When I realized my mistake, the hotel refused to refund my reservation. I had to go to the Hilton Corp to get the matter straightened out.

The Hyatt Hotel in Terminal A&B offers the same service. However, it charges top dollar for both the overnight stay and the parking. The Hampton is a much better deal and only slightly less convenient.

We park at the Renaissance Hotel where you prepay, self-park lock your car, and they shuttle us right to terminal C where jet blue is located. When you return you call them when you get off the plane tell them your terminal and they pick you up at a designated parking spot never waited more then 10 min for pick up. Very reasonable price $10.00 a day

We are sold on Fast Park & Relax, and have used them many times for trips ranging from 5 days to 3+ weeks. Secure, covered parking just off the airport property. You can make an online reservation. When you arrive, their shuttle will meet you at your car, load your bags, and get you to your terminal pronto. Upon return, they pick you up at the terminal, and take you directly to your car. Super easy, super fast, for around 9 bucks a day. You'll even earn loyalty points good for free days on future stays.

I used the Orlando MCO app to book and pay fir Terminal C parking for a short, upcoming trip. They reserve a spot on a particular floor and send you a QR code needed for entry. We'll see how it goes!

We’ve started parking at the FastParkoff-site. It’s so much less stressful than trying to park on airport property.

TIA I just returned from there and it was quite crowded at MCO. Term C has a small overflo parking area in front of the terminal which only accepts Sun Pass E (?) , not the usual Sun Pass. I parked in SOUTH Park and took the bus to C. It was convenient, safe, $14 per day . You can also park at the terminal if spaces are there for an extra price which is great.
