Has anyone had this and what did you do ? I’ve tried shots and $430 inserts that they are still adjusting , but if I walk more then 3 miles I start to have pain . I know that surgery is an option but at 86 , I’m not sure I’m there yet

Don't know what it is, but, you are 86 and you walk more than 3 miles before it hurts. I'm 78 and just the thought of walking 3 gives me pain. Good luck with whatever the problem is.

Are the inserts over-the-counter or custom made. Be sure to use custom made. Other than that I have no suggestions.Has anyone had this and what did you do ? Thanks but I don’t think they sell $430 inserts in stores
