My sliders leaked for first time during hurricane ,I waited to the first rain and they leaked ,someone caulked the bottom but today they leaked again who can I call to get this fixed .i can’t leave for winter until I do . I called that guy Steve he came out for me just to give me tips nice guy he doesn’t do leaks but unfortunately having the caulking didn’t help , house is 14 years old I’ve been in it 4. The sliders connect from a Florida room to a bird cage

You will probably need to provide additional information, are the actual sliders leaking (around the glass or frame) or is the frame the sliders ride on leaking?
The frame should have drain holes or slots, over time these tend to fill-up and a solution may be to simply clean out the drain holes or slots. If the water is leaking UNDER the frame IMHO, all of the old caulk needs to be removed and new caulk applied along the bottom and along both sides, at a minimum, other work may be required.

There are no drain holes because the tracks are flat but I had no problem till the hurricane . I just had someone recaulk the bottom . I’ve called every company they all say they don’t fix leaks , I’m ready to take the birdcage down and put a screen room in , I know it’s drastic but I’m not sure what I can do ,who would have thought in Florida no one fixes leaks I can’t be the only one

Can you determine where water getting in?

Must been facing direct blast of wind? Which may of broke seal some where. Other than complete do it yourself reseal job hard get someone to fix it other than tear out and completely new frame and sliders. Cause they know there no way they can complete the job resealing guaranteeing it won’t leak?

Which makes them liable for come back s at their expense several times and opens up potentially lawsuits for something they may or may not be able to fix. Even with complete replacement still changes it may leak as my neighbor found out after closing in screened in porch.
