I've been taking a capsule with calcium for about 10 years but I'm finding it harder and harder to swallow the pills. I have osteoporosis. Has anyone tried the new dietary calcium chews from food? Is it any good? Seen Nutrition. Thank you - I'll have to order online since I don't see it in any of stores.

My dear wife, as part of ongoing treatment, also takes a calcium tablet.
She, too, has a problem with swallowing larger tablets, so she just crushes them and spreads powder on her morning meal.
Capsules can be easily separated, and contents mixed with a small amount of food.
Works just as well.

My wife uses Vitafusion Calcium chewable gummies. Walmart sells a 2 pack with 80 gummies per bottle. They don't have any connection to food, so it might not be what you are looking for.

My OB/GYN recommended I take a daily calcium chew as ongoing good health maintenance. Been doing so for over 10 years. CVS has a chocolate or caramel option.
