Hi all - is the "Village" of Dunedin and Dunedin, Florida two different locations?

Yes. There was a time that villages were named after towns in Florida. Not sure if that is still the case. The city of Dunedin is near Clearwater.

The Village of Dunedin is north of 44 & south of 466A, in The Villages central Florida, north & east of the city of Dunedin. Roughly 100 miles away, as the roads currently go. Closer as the crow flies.
