What's the best way to clean cabinets? The cabinets are factory painted. They are just water stained I think.

Main ingredient is mineral spirits for cleaning, just buy that at Home Depot or Lowes. If you want "polish", a little mineral oil. I don't like things slippery.

For painted surfaces, try a tablespoon of baking soda in a spray bottle filled with water and then add a tablespoon of white vinegar. Give it a good shake, then spray on an old clean rag/torn tee-shirt/cotton wash cloth and wipe away.
If it's a SURFACE stain and nothing deeply embedded, AND IF the paint is satin or gloss (not matte) then you can use one of those Mr. Clean Magic sponge things. Wet it in very warm water, squeeze out the excess, and GENTLY rub it in a circular motion to buff the surface stain off. Don't do that with matte paint, it'll scrape the paint off.

I'm not sure raw mineral spirits is the way to go.
It removes paint.

Call the manufacturer's customer service and/or look at their website for cleaning instructions. We were told by a service technician (while he was responding to an item on our home's 1-year inspection report regarding one of the cabinet's self-close hinges) to clean our white, painted, cabinets with ONLY water using a soft, microfiber cloth that is well wrung out. And not to put heavy pressure on the cloth against the cabinet. Anything else has the potential to compromise the finish. If that doesn't work, I would call the manufacturer for advice. These cabinets are very delicate and very expensive to replace, so proceed with caution.

We have fairly new cabinets (2022). The company installer came to make some adjustments, and he used and recommended "The Original" Bee's Wax in a spray can. You can use it on many surfaces. The Original Bees Wax Polish – ShopBeesWax (http://www.shopbeeswax.com). You can buy it at SPARR in Wildwood. He said it's all he uses. We use it to clean and polish all kinds of things, including appliances and wood furniture.

Stained Wood, Painted Wood and MDF Surfaces
Wood furniture of all types requires routine care and attention.
Dust frequently using our dusting cloth, item B8021 that is available from your Authorized Wellborn Dealer. It is approved by our finish supplier, Axalta. The dusting cloth can be washed numerous times and still retain its effectiveness. It is more efficient and convenient than spray dusting products. Feather dusters scatter the dust particles into the air only to resettle back onto your furniture.
Polish approximately once per month with our recommended aerosol clean and polish product, item B8020, that is available for purchase on our Cleaning Supplies Page, or from your local Wellborn Dealer. Wellborn's polish contains a blend of natural and organic oils with cleaning emulsifiers. The oils nourish and revitalize the finish, while the emulsifiers dissolve dirt, dulling films, and sticky fingerprints. This polish preserves the natural sheen intended by the manufacturer and can be used on finishes ranging from a low to a high gloss.
Wellborn recommends applying polish indirectly with Applicator Cloths, item B8022PK3, that is available from your Authorized Wellborn Dealer. Do not spray the polish directly onto the cabinetry.
Never apply water to your cabinetry.

I use and have been using for decades Shaklee Basic H surfactant, a few drops mixed with warm water and then dry with a soft no-lint cloth. They come out clean with no residue at all. A small bottle of this stuff will last for years as you only use a few drops per job.

A squirt of Dawn and warm water in a bucket. Use 2 microfiber cloths, 1 to wash and 1 to dry. Squeeze the cloth out and wipe down cabinets and follow with the dry cloth. Do one cabinet at a time.

I use Mrs. Myers cleaner on mine. It says it's safe to use on non-pours, painted surfaces but take that with the grain of salt.
The other option, and probably the safest, is just to use a little dawn dish soap with water.
Just don't use harsh cleaners. I had a wood kitchen table with a clearcoat finish that we constantly used Spick and span on. eventually it started breaking down the finish on the table. I had to refinish it.

Timberwood installed our Wellborn white painted cabinets. The manger said to use Guardsman anytime Clean & Polish for wood furniture and apply and polish with a microfiber cloth. This was while she was working with us during the warranty period. Of course you can order the cleaner recommended on the Wellborn site and make sure you do it every month like it says.
