Is St. James the newest development...or has Sanibel started? Any buyers in each yet? What do you think of the location?

Nothing availiable in Sanibel. There are several Units open in St. James. Probaly 40 -50 homes under construction and maybe 2 dozen families already moved in. St. James is a good location. It is close to Sea Breeze and about 3 miles to Sumter Landing and the new Brownwood Town Sqaure.

In addition to St. James, homes are being sold in Tamarind Grove and Buttonwood.
