What's going in on the out parcels at Lake Denton?

They have just recently started the build for the Hooter's, but beside that is something else that is further along. It is a very small structure. Anyone know what it is?

A cardiac center for older men after they go into Hooter's.
Similar philosophy to the Aspen Dental office next to Dunkin Donuts at Colony Plaza.

It's a Dunkin Donuts...I wish it were R Donuts :)
