We are looking for Kathy Muldoon who moved from Michigan to the Villages about 2011. Her Facebook page hasn’t been updated since 2014

My name is Vickie and we were friends in Michigan. We met as youngsters working our first jobs at Kmart.

We, and many of her other friends, kept in touch over the years but then lost contact

If you know her, please let her know that Vickie,Greg, and Ellen would love to make contact. She can contact me at Vlochoa@juno.com.

Any information would be appreciated

I sent you an email.

I hope that if your e-mail included Kathy Muldoon's info, you got her permission to give it out.

Not saying that's what you did but - I would NEVER give out someone else's personal information, to some random person on the internet, without the blessing of the person whose information is being sought.

Even then - I would instead simply tell Kathy that someone is looking for her and then if she wants to, SHE can direct message the OP herself.

To those who wonder why: it could be a debt collector. Or a stalker. Or Kathy's ex-husband seeking revenge (I have no idea who Kathy Muldoon is, just making a point here). Children have been kidnapped this way by people who've lost custody - by putting the kid's photo up on facebook, claiming that the kid is missing, and to contact THEM (with their phone number) if the kid is seen. As soon as they get a call - they know where to find the kid.

Really? It was public information on the Internet that took 10 seconds to get. I don't even know her. If a debt collector cannot get that information, they need to find another occupation.

I think that's why they gave a contact email, so if you know the person, you can give it to to them so they can make contact if they want. Maybe they don't want to be contacted. I got people I don't want contacting me or verifying I actually live here.

Good Lord, she has an @Juno.com email address. I didn't even think they were in business anymore. Wonder if her friends have @concentric or @earthlink, or even @aol.com addresses?

Some folks just can't resist giving a lecture as soon as their hands hit the keyboard.

Juno! I had forgotten about that one, I think it was the first one I ever had.

I think when you email someone to an old address, you actually are sending it back in time and it may be delayed due to their dial-up. Also if you call them, you may use up their minutes on their bag phone.
