Hi all,
I know that to prevent slips and falls, an epoxy coating on the garage/lanai floor needs an additional non-skid coating (like SharkGrip)
Do polyaspartic coatings also need a non-skid coating?
Thanks!

We had our garage and lanai done a couple years ago by Liquid Floors. Very good surface, it is rough and does not need a coating. Rather expensive though at about $6 sf.

Liquid Floors did our garage 5 years ago - it still looks brand new and is non-skid without additional additives.

If any of these surfaces get wet, you may slip and fall. Sure, they look pretty but are not safe. Better to stain the concrete to make it look prettier. I have heard rubberized flooring can be used too.
