Live in courtyard villa 2/2. Want to add a sunroom off of our lanai. Who do you contact from the developer to see if we can do that?

The short answer is that any structural changes to your house needs approval by the Architecture Review Committee (as well as county/city building department). A quick call to Community Standards (352-751-3912) can get you started.
