Hi all,
I have a streetlight that is out/flickering on our street. I was able to find a nearby light on the Duke Energy website, but this pole doesn't seem to be on Duke nor on SECO....any clues as to how to report it?
The SECO map and reporting is:
IncidentWatch™ (https://streetlightoutages.secoenergy.com/public/default.html)
The Duke map and reporting is:
Street & Area Light Repair Map - Duke Energy (https://salor-web.duke-energy.app/#/home/map/fl)
ps: there was a very old thread on this topic:
