Anyone else having a problem connecting to a certain channel? I keep getting this message.

I reset the receiver and it appears to be okay now.

This happens occasionally. It is usually not a problem with your equipment, but an external issue with the channel.

I just rebooted it. Unplugged and plugged.

The reboot worked for me too. But Channel 218 (Movies Channel) is a no-go.

Just unplug the main box for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again. "Rebooting" seems to solve most issues of this nature.

See Post No. 3. In my experience, this type of problem with one specific channel has nothing to do with the cable box. It is an issue with the channel. Resetting the box may fix the problem by coincidence, but the problem is with the external channel transmission, not the box.
