Restaurants with a view?

What restaurants, within an hour drive of The Villages, have you found that have the nicest water views? Being new, I know there are some options west towards Inverness and there are others around the lakes at Tavares, Eustis, Mt Dora? Any suggestions?

There's also one almost directly across the lake from Eaton and I also can't remember the name, it's as casual as you can get with boats docking right on the restaurant.
