This worked pretty well with a particularly stubborn toilet clog. It has a lot of safety warnings in tiny print that you would need to read. Handling this wrong, though, could lead to real damage to yourself and your home.

I had tried everything but a grenade on the toilet blockage. Of course, I do not have any actual grenades. That really would have been the wrong tool for the job.

There a number of different brands of these Air Gun Plungers at various price ranges. I can just see Tim the Tool Man with a souped up version.

It pressurizes air and then shoots it where you point it and point the trigger. It can pressurize it to quite a density-- 80 PSI. It also can get hot. I only used it between 25 and 55 PSI. The directions say not to use it above 55 PSI or so.

I think I will use my toilet auger from Lowes over the Puniarmu Electric Cordless Toilet Plunger. The plunger looks to be a good way to break downstream plumbing. Long ago that is exactly what happened to someone I know when they got overly aggressive with a plunger.

I have a toilet augur. It only worked after the Puniarmu cleared some of the clog. Toilet still would not flush. But it looks like plumbers have used these air guns to clear stubborn clogs. You just have to be careful about how high you set the PSI on it. It did clear the clog at 55 PSI. Over that might damage the pipes or overheat the plunger.

Users do need to read carefully the safety instructions on this air gun. And never point it at anyone. It can do damage to the human or other body if the PSI on the air upper limit. Maybe even lower limit.

May have to worry about blowing out wax ring if clog does not clear first try. But you should always have a spare ring.

I've cleared many toilets, especially in my days working in a men's college dorm. Never met a true clog that could not be cleared with a bulbous plunger. When sealed correctly and filled with water it is virtually unstoppable. The force of water exceeds that of the force of air. However, you start flushing toys, clothing, diapers, or dormitory pool table balls, you might need an auger.
