From what I understand we don’t get the extras like comp golf /show tickets which is fine with me.
However are these 2 questions below are still available for our second stay?
1. do we still get a golf cart to use during our stay?
2. Are we allowed to go to the activities /clubs that are offered?
Thanks😊

If you are serious about moving here, suggest you rent for at least a month and explore and talk to lots of people about living here and figuring out location

When I tried to get a second lifestyle visit about a year ago, they told me they do not give more than one LSV.

You can still come - just rent a house from a villager. That way you can stay in a village up north or in the middle if you want. I’m renting one for my husband’s brother and his wife to come and look the place over. That’s what we did when we first came out here.

For my second visit, I had a friend put it in her name.

Any answer you get on a forum is not official. Just ask The Villages management. Talk of The Villages is not associated with The Villages.

If you're coming here for a 2nd "planned" lifestyle visit under the guidance of the sales office, you should also read through The Villages 101 The Villages 101 You've come the right place for renters and snowbirds to learn about The Villages "Florida's Friendliest Hometown". Neighborhoods, house rentals, activities, and pointers to the many other resources. (http://www.thevillages101.com) to get further insight about renting a house, golf cart, neighborhoods, interactive map of facilities, etc..

dont let them hurry you to buy, there are thousands of homes for sale new and preowned. Take your time you only want to move once. New homes are great but you need to do quite a bit of work. They dont come move in ready like they use to. Also dont believe their telling you all the shopping you will have. It took 4 years after we bought before we got magnolia plaza. We were told it would be a year for new plaza we just got cvs drugs almost 6 years after we bought.

My friends had their second one last year. They were told that 2 was the limit. They simply rented this year.

We used a second lifestyle visit the week we moved in. When the moving truck arrived we weren’t frantically looking for bed sheets, towels or a coffee machine.

If you can, rent for a couple of months and also look at various communities in the area so you can learn about differences that maybe important to you. If your budget is important pay attention to local taxes, available utilities, etc. Be sure you do your investigation on the house you are thinking of buying and not just the whole community.
