Just curious for those that have lived here many years, has Sumter County paved your neighborhood streets? Twenty years in our neighborhood and aggregate popping lose all over for a very rough surface. If yours has been repaved, when and what area?

Are you in a villa, these are PRIVATE streets and you will need to contact the CDD and or the developer for help. If you are not in a villa, then these are PUBLIC streets and you will need to contact the county to see if they can schedule a review and possible repair.

It’s all relative, try going up north this time of the year and experience the front end destroying potholes and mud season on the unpaved roads. That will make the neighborhood roads in the Villages seem pristine.

The City of Wildwood just chipped sealed our four year old roads. Thought the roads still looked fine. Wildwood seems to be sealing most if not all of the villages down here in the south.
