Have you tried one of the sports stores like Dick's they may have a lead for you.

Look on the bulletin boards at the fields. I've seen several people advertising that they do this.

Try glove doctor or glove repairs dot com. In fact, if you use an online search engine, there are plenty of places that will take in your glove for repair and/or refurbishment.
