China is going to use offshore "Eurodollars" to facilitate BRICS+ trade. They want to highjack the USD and use it in their banking system. A takeover of the USD world reserve currency system. This is in response to the USA stealing $300B of Russia reserves and evil EU bank bail-in. No BRICS member wants to be in USA or European banks now.
