In the market for a Designer June 2011

Good Day All!

The wife and I are looking at moving up from our Courtyard Villa (which may be sold to our renters!) to a Designer. Which Forum is the correct one to post what we are looking for. Since we are new to TOTV, I want to be sure to do this right the first time!

Any help is appreciated via a reply or a PM.

Under "Marketplace" there's a heading called "Wanted". That one would make the most sense to me.

On the way home from Publix just now, I saw a ForSaleByOwner sign in someones yard bordering on Odell. It is just inside the Morse gate on lower Odell in Hadley.(Heading toward the Odell rec center) I doubt if it will be there long, because you aren't allowed to put up signs.

LadyDoc, unfortunately ours is rented until June 1. Our current renter is very interested in owning it, hence the need to start looking! :D

Did you check out www.thevillagesfsbo.com There is a Gardenia for sale, 2476 Dunkirk in the Village of Hadley. After reviewing the pictures on line it appears Mrs. Clean lives there. Good Luck
