Leak at Vacuum Valve for Irrigation System

Just discovered this Chronic leak and wondering if anyone can recommend a contractor who can replace the vacuum valve.

You can get repair kit for few bucks in you know model number, very easy to reseal.

Mind had lizard caught in it preventing it from sealing all way. Take cap off and look see if anything stuck?
